Depression:
Keep Life In Perspective!
With
depression, it is often difficult to keep life in perspective because
you just feel so lousy and sometimes your thinking is distorted.
My uncle in South Africa, who also has had depression for
many,
many years sent me the information below that has really helped me to
keep my depression in perspective.
I
have the pictures you see below strategically placed on a wall in my
office at home so that I see it everyday. These pictures always give me
a lift when my depression attempts to get the better of me.
Can you imagine how great that
feels?
Everyday
I have a visual reminder of keeping my life in perspective and knowing
that my depression is just a small part of me - it is not Who I Am!
Also, if you want
to help someone with depression, it might help them get a better feel
for the important things in their life.
Please scroll down as THIS is
really fascinating...it's also rather dazzling to see life presented
this way.

I certainly thought this was
enlightening. Beyond our sun ... It's a big universe.

Antares is the 15th brightest star in the sky.
It is more than 1000
light years away.

Now how big are you?
And, how big are the things that will upset you
today?
Or, for that matter, the things that are
important?
If you have depression...
